• Legal queries & conversations: the questions you submit and the AI-generated responses, stored against your account to provide history and continuity.
• Payment information: if you purchase VIP membership or document drafting, payment is processed by PayPal. We do not store your full card or PayPal credentials; we receive transaction status and a reference ID.
• Usage data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, used for security, abuse prevention, and analytics.
• Cookies & local storage: we use essential cookies for sessions and optional analytics cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the Service, generate legal information, and maintain your query history.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To provide customer support and send service-related notices.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
• To improve our content, models, and user experience.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by PayPal, a third-party payment processor, under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to confirm and manage your purchase (such as transaction ID, plan, and status). We do not receive or store your payment card number.

4. Data Retention

Conversation and consultation data is automatically deleted after 30 days. Account and transaction records are retained as long as your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

5. Your Privacy Rights

• California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request to know, access, correct, or delete your personal information, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" where applicable.
• EEA / UK (GDPR): you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

8. International Users

The Service is operated for users in the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your information may be processed and stored in the US, subject to US law.
