These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of uslegalbrain.cc and the US Legal Brain Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service Is Information, Not Legal Advice

US Legal Brain provides AI-generated legal information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. You should consult a licensed attorney for your specific situation.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using the Service, submitting questions, or receiving responses does not create a confidential attorney-client relationship. Do not send confidential or privileged information expecting confidentiality.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Free users receive a limited number of questions per day; registered and VIP users receive the allowances shown on the Site.

4. VIP Membership & Payments

• VIP membership is billed at the rate shown at checkout (currently $9.90/month) via PayPal and renews until cancelled.
• Document drafting is billed per document at the rate shown (currently $19.90 each), with VIP discounts as advertised.
• Refunds: contact us within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, and we will review refund requests per our refund policy.
• Prices and features may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to obtain guidance to commit a crime.
• Do not attempt to circumvent limits, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or other users.
• Do not rely on output as a substitute for professional legal, tax, or financial advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including text, design, and software, is owned by US Legal Brain or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without permission. Documents you generate are provided for your personal use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that information is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your circumstances. AI-generated content may contain errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, US Legal Brain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made based on Service output. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify US Legal Brain against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; cancellation of paid plans follows the process in your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (or the state in which the operating entity is registered), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
